1. Shipping Information

  • Domestic (Pakistan): Delivered within 3-5 business days via Leopards/TCS/Trax.
  • International (UK, Italy, Europe, etc.): Delivered within 7-12 business days via DHL/FedEx/UPS.
  • Tracking: All orders (Domestic & International) receive a tracking number via email/WhatsApp.
  • Customs & Duties: For international orders, any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Returns & Exchange Window

To comply with international standards (UK/EU), we offer the following windows:

  • Lifestyle & Apparel (Clothing/Accessories): 14 Days return window.
  • Medical Equipment & Reagents: 7 Days return window (due to the sensitive nature of these items).

3. Return Conditions by Category

  • Apparel (Dresses/T-shirts): Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
  • Medical Products: Items must be in original sealed packaging.
  • Note: Opened medical reagents or customized equipment cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
  • Damaged Items: If any product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photo evidence for a priority replacement.

4. Refund Process

  • No Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for any returned items.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for “change of mind.” If the product is defective, Innerworld will cover the return costs.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 working days to your original payment method.
